Most insurance including MCR allows for a new mask and supplies every six months.  Our automated phone service will call you when it is time to reorder, or you can call the service desk to order.

It’s recommended every two weeks for cannulas used 24/7. Tubing should be replaced every 6 to 12 months.  No cleaning is necessary but do check for cracking or tears.You can wipe nasal prongs daily with a mild soap solution.  Canulas should be disposed of if you had a respiratory infection.

No. Patients must call the service desk every month to reorder supplies that are approved by  MCR and most private insurance plans.
